Data collected
Orders and delivery: name, address, phone, e-mail, order contents (basis: performance of the contract). Newsletter: e-mail address (basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time through the unsubscribe link). Messages (WhatsApp, e-mail): the content of your messages, to answer your requests (basis: legitimate interest). Audience measurement: pages viewed, country, device type, collected without cookies or individual identifiers by Vercel Analytics (basis: legitimate interest).
Payment
Card payments are processed by a certified payment provider. Your bank details are sent to it directly and never pass through our systems.
Recipients
Your data is accessible to the House's team and to its strictly necessary technical providers: hosting (Vercel), transport, payment, e-mail delivery. It is neither sold nor passed on. Some providers are located outside Côte d'Ivoire or the European Union; transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.
Retention
Order data: 10 years under accounting obligations. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Messages: 3 years after the last exchange. Audience measurement: aggregated data only.
Cookies
The website uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Only technical storage strictly necessary for the website to work (for example remembering your language or that the introduction has played) is used; it does not identify you.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise it, write to us at contact@michelesay.com. You may also contact the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI) or, for residents of the European Union, your country's supervisory authority.
